Pain Relief for 4 Hours

0.7ml in a glass of orange juice is enough for me to be pain free for 4 hours. The dose could be different for you, so start small and work your way up. Eat a meal and drink plenty of water before use. Any side effect I've ever had was typically what happens when you don't eat enough food or drink enough water beforehand. Their extracts don't typically give me side effects like every other form of kratom has. Great product
