  • Resolution Window: Discrepancies reported after 7 days cannot be addressed, as shipping carriers provide only limited timeframes for resolution.

  • Quality Control & Regulatory Matters: Refund requests related to quality control issues or regulatory changes must be submitted directly to the brand manufacturer. These matters are outside the responsibility of United Holding Corporation and its subsidiaries. United Holding Corporation will not review or process such requests, except in cases explicitly noted above regarding damaged products upon delivery.
