Good for a night cap

These are not very potent but have served a particular purpose. Sometimes I have a hard time sleeping and do not like alcohol or pharmaceuticals. Pound one 30 to an hour before bed and it does the trick. I particularly like the easy feeling that takes the edge off. This does not wire you like others (That you might take before a grind at work), they are just enough for a good night's rest!
