I still have not received my order and it’s been 2 weeks.
Hi Kathryn, thanks for the review. We responded in more detail via email but USPS is experiencing nationwide delays thru XMAS as this order left our warehouse back on 12/3. As indicated @ checkout, we do not advise selecting standard/free/first class USPS shipping right now as that option will be seriously delayed by the USPS issues they are having this holiday shipping season. We sent you a promo code and would advise you place another order and we will ship out via FedEx as you'll get that shipment before your 12/3 order.
