I wouldn't know, the shipping

I wouldn't know, the shipping has been taking longer and longer and longer each order iv placed over the year. Really considering switching suppliers at this point. This specific order asking me to review has yet to even be shipped. Still in pre shipment. Took two weeks for my last 3 orders as well. Getting out of hand and i assure you this will be my last purchase from kchill.

Last order was placed on 11/15 and you received 11/20, so 5 days, exactly as it was indicated when you checked out. Order prior to that was placed on 11/2 and you got on 11/5 - so 3 days. Its NEVER taken 2 weeks ever for an order to get to you.

I understand the frustration with the order on 12/4 but you need to voice your opinion to USPS and why they cant seem to get their shit together with COVID staffing issues and holiday shipping....Not our issue and we are doing everything we can to continue to offer free shipping while subsidizing everything. Once it leaves our warehouse we have ZERO control over it.
