Orders under $50.00

Orders under $50.00 will have the option of choosing $9.90 for express shipping or $7.50 for regular shipping

All orders over $50.00 will receive free shipping.

All Australian Shipping (Except Same Day Delivery)

Orders made before 3pm EST should be posted on the day of your order and received within 1 - 3 business days (express) or 3 - 7 business days (regular). Delivery to rural areas should take no longer than 5 business days.

Your order will generally be left in your letterbox or at your front door as this is a no signature service, in some cases a card will be left in your letter box stating which local post office your order is waiting at to be picked up. If you have not received your item in the stated time frame please call our customer service team.
lily passion of hair will happily replace any item that is lost in transit pending an investigation with Australia Post, if your item is stolen or damaged lily passion of hair will take no responsibility.

Same Day Delivery

This service is ONLY FOR DANDENONG ORDERS that are made before 10.30am Monday to Friday. If you would like your order delivered the next day but have ordered after our Express postage has left for the day (3pm, Monday - Friday) you can choose our ‘Same Day Delivery For Dandenong Orders Before 10.30am Only’ option at checkout and you will receive your item the following day. This option can also be chosen over the weekend if you would like your item on Monday! This service will only cost you $17.00.

 

 

New Zealand Shipping

Regular (Australia Post):

$18.00 AUD. 3 - 10 Business days

Orders made before 2pm EST should be posted on the day of your order and received within 3-10 business days.
REGISTERED AUSTRALIA POST requires a signature on delivery, if you will not be home between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday please get your package delivered to your work address. Please add full business or company name to avoid problems with your delivery.
If you are not home to sign for your delivery a card will be left in order to arrange a more appropriate time for delivery. The driver will generally attempt to deliver the item on three separate occasions, after three attempts the order will be returned to lily passion of hair. Lily passion of hair will take no responsibility for this process and you will be charged $18.00 for the item to be shipped again.
If you have not received your item in the stated time frame please call our customer service team.

Express (DHL):

$32.00 AUD.  1 - 3 Business Days

DHL requires a signature on delivery, if you will not be home between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday please get your package delivered to your work address. Please add full business or company name to avoid problems with your delivery.

International Shipping

International Postage:

$25.00 AUD 7 – 14 Business Days

Orders made before 2pm EST should be posted on the day of your order and received within 7-14 business days.
REGISTERED AUSTRALIA POST requires a signature on delivery, if you will not be home between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday please get your package delivered to your work address. Please add full business or company name to avoid problems with your delivery.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery a card will be left in order to arrange a more appropriate time for delivery. The driver will attempt to deliver the item once; if you miss the delivery driver they will leave a note stating where you can pick it up from. If you have not collected if from this location the item will be returned to lily passion of hair. Lily passion of hair will take no responsibility for this process and you will be charged $22.00 for the item to be shipped again.
If you have not received your item in the stated time frame please contact our customer service team. Item can be tracked once it enters your country.

We will not be held responsible for payment of customs fees when the item enters your country this is the buyer's responsibility. When we fill out the customs form your order will be marked as merchandise.

Express (DHL):

$70.00 AUD 3 – 7 Business Days

Australian Returns

Ordering from www.lilypassion.com is risk free! If for any reason at all you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, simply return it to us in the condition you received it and we will gladly exchange or refund your item. This must be done within 50 days from your payment date.

Return Terms & Conditions

In order to receive an exchange or refund the item must be returned in original condition, unused, in undamaged packaging. Hair extensions must still be attached to the cardboard packaging as they originally were, if you are not completely sure you will keep your item please do not detach from packaging as this may void your exchange or refund.

We are happy for you to feel the hair and hold next to your hair for color matching but do not detach from cardboard packaging or install the extensions as this will void your exchange or refund. In order to check the hair you can simply remove the hair from the PVC packaging as it is sealed with press stud buttons. If you are not satisfied you can place the hair back in the packaging and return it to us.

Return Process

Please contact customer service and discuss why you would like to return the item. If you fall into the policy guidelines then you will receive a returns reference number. Please include a pre-paid return postage envelope in the package as the buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways unless it is our error. Initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded regardless of whether you paid for the shipping or it was free of charge.
